The Notice of Compact Privilege Termination you were emailed includes steps for an appeal process. You will need to fill out the appeals form within the specified time frame to be considered for an appeal. Otherwise, the termination decision will be final.
The appeal process is not applicable to instances in which an individual's compact privilege is terminated due to a disciplinary action.
