Throughout the year, the PT Compact Commission (PTCC) conducts audits to verify that the home state (permanent residence) indicated on an individual’s compact privilege application is and continues to be their home state. Randomly selected compact privilege holders are contacted via email with instruction to upload the front of their driver’s license to the PTCC’s secure portal: https://ptcompact.org/homestate.
A green “Uploaded” notification indicates a successful submission. There is no submit button nor confirmation screen:
PTCC staff will then contact individuals only if there are any questions or concerns. If proof of home state is not provided, the PTCC has grounds to terminate any active compact privilege(s) for failure to provide requested information to the PTCC within the specified timeframe (Rule 3.12).
