Sometimes a server error message appears at the end of the purchase process. The easiest ways to potentially fix the issue with completing the purchase is to try the following:
- Use a different internet browser (e.g. Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari) when going through the purchasing process.
- When asked to enter the expiration date for your credit card, be sure to enter it in mm/yyyy format and not mm/yy.
- Ensure the CVV security code is correct.
- Do not use autofill; instead type it in.
These steps should hopefully solve the problem, and you should immediately see a confirmation page with receipt details. You should also receive an email with the same info and your dashboard will be updated.
If you still have a problem purchasing/renewing a compact privilege, please try the following:
- Deleting your browser cookies and then try to re-purchase.
- Try using a PC if you have been using a MacBook.
