Yes. You must purchase a separate compact privilege for each Compact member state in which you plan to provide physical therapy services. A compact privilege is state-specific. It does not grant multi-state or nationwide authority. Additionally, to practice/work in states that are not active members of the PT Compact, you will need to obtain a state-issued license from the state licensing board.
