Yes. A compact privilege is not a multi-state license. You will need to have a compact privilege (or state-issued license) in each state in which you want to provide physical therapy services. You may have either a compact privilege or a state-issued license to work legally in a member state. You need to hold a state-issued license to practice/work in states that are not active members of the PT Compact.
